Why do I need a Home Inspector?
Purchasing a home is a large investment. Once you have chosen a house you like, it is important to carefully evaluate all of it’s systems.

How long does a Home Inspection take?
A typical home inspection will take 3hours. Your inspector will inspect every system in the house and compile their findings in a report. The inspector will also try and answer any questions that you have. You are encouraged to come to at least part of the inspection so your inspector can walk you through their findings in person.

When should an Inspector be called?
You can contact an inspector at anytime. Typically a home inspector is contacted after your offer has been accepted and you are in your inspection period. However, we provide 30min walk through inspections before you put an offer on a house. If you are looking at listing your house we can do an inspection to provide you a report of things that might come up on a buyers inspection for you to repair before listing.

What all is inspected in a Home Inspection?
